Payments are made through the myHostNed system.  Log in there and click on the Billing tab.

- Can I change my payment type?

Yes, we have the following payment types available for you:

- Credit Card Autobill (Recommended)
- Credit Card AutoInvoice
- PayPal AutoInvoice

With Autobill, your account is charged on the renewal data and a receipt is sent to your contact email address.  This method ensures payment is made on time and ensures maximum uptime for your domain.

With AutoInvoice, an electronic invoice is sent to your contact email 10 days prior to renewal date.  (Note:  Make sure you keep your contact information up to date, otherwise you may fail to receive the reminder to make the payment resulting in site suspension, latepayemt fees, or termination!)

To change your payment type, open a support ticket in the myHostNed area.
